2. No Guarantee of Results. While we strive to identify reliable suppliers and competitive pricing, market conditions, supplier capacity, and logistics are outside our control. We do not guarantee specific cost savings, delivery timelines, or product quality unless explicitly stated in a signed service agreement.

3. Client Responsibility. Clients are responsible for verifying final product specifications, compliance with local regulations, and any import/export requirements. Our reports and recommendations are advisory tools, not binding certifications.

4. Confidentiality & Data Use. We treat client briefs and business information as confidential. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services. No client-specific data is shared with third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindMeWhatIWant’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
